Visionworks Colorado Mills

I had a really great experience at this Vision Works location. The front desk took were very welcoming and took the time to address my questions, concerns and insurance issues. They were very friendly and accommodating. The doctor was very friendly as well and definitely the best eye doctor experience I've ever had. He was kind,understanding and knowledgeable. I will most definitely be back and I highly recommend!

The experience for a doctor appointment was good. But ordering trial contact lenses has been a mess. They don't come in on time. My prescriptions didn't match the products. I went in to pick up the boxes that arrived a month later, and was told I needed a doctor's appointment. It's been a mess.

Great friendly, attentive, welcoming staff I appreciate each one of them my time, my care, and even my budget was priority to them. it was not about making a buck it was about giving me what I needed and wanted I really do not have a single complaint. I will be recommending to my family and friends

My first visit as a new customer went well. I can't remember her name, however her employee number is 43161 was a great help. I was happy to receive such great customer service. Unfortunately, when I returned to pickup a second pair of glasses I walked into a very low morale environment. The representative named Esperanza "volunteer" to assist me. I cannot tell you how obvious that she did not want to be there. After getting my glasses and only receiving 1 lens back from a previous prescription I ask if she knew why only 1 lense was being returned and all she could say was "I don't know" Very clearly I was getting on her last nerve and started giving serious attitude. When I started questioning about who can I talk to about my missing lens, she walk into the office and literally slams the door. As I am speaking with another representative about Esperanza and suggest she not work directly with customers, Esperanza comes back and says "what did you say about me?" She was clearly on the defense and wanted to make sure that I knew it! Unfortunately, there were customer trying to do business who appeared very concerned. Sad. I'll never go back and will make sure no one I know go there!

I appreciate the extra accommodations with Fenix. It was essential for my Dr. Appointment.

What an amazing experience! Everyone that worked with me was beyond helpful and caring. They took their time explaining things to me that I didn't know. I highly recommend going here. I was able to book my appointment online and fill all my paperwork out online before the appointment. It was so easy! Thank you!

Absolutely amazing customer service!! I've come across many employees of this particular Visionworks @ the Colorado Mills shopping mall. Today a young lady named Ezperonza Pearson helped me and fixed the frames for my glasses. She did so with great care and total professionalism! I wanted to give her the proper praise! Good to see that some people still live doing their jobs, and do so happily! Thank you!
