Eye care for Montrose

I came here because its the only place my insurance would accept for an eye exam. I was not explained that they only do the exam and give you trials. THEY DO NOT PROVIDE CONTACTS OR GLASSES. I waited for a month for my contacts to come in, only to find out I have to still bring my prescription elsewhere. Not happy. Let me just be blind for several more weeks. NBD. 2 stars because staff is friendly and my rx was sent very promptly.

I can't say enough good about Dr. Daly and her entire clinic staff! I travel an hour and a half to visit her for my vision needs and I will continue to do so. Dr Daly obviously has great passion for what she does, she takes the extra steps and time to ensure that all questions are thoroughly answered and understood. The staff are personable, accommodating and helpful. Do yourself a favor and come see Eye Care for Montrose! Located in the Walmart.

I went for my appt at 9 had one person before me waited till they got done at 930 then they call in the person that came after me my appt was at 9 not 930 not 10 I shouldn't have to take a day off the get my eyes checked people time is valuable we leave work to do things and we dont get paid to sit at your office for an hr because you can't schedule correclty

Have you seen an eye doctor lately? I was totally impressed with the equipment, the staff, and Dr. Colleen. They were so knowledgeable and able to answer all of my many questions. Thanks for your patience Kathy. Midge

I forgot my contacts at home, cannot see well without correction.. my glasses wouldn't fit into my goggles.. so skiing was OUT. I called these guys and they are super helpful. I had my old CL prescription faxed to them and they had a pair of contacts ready for me!! Thank you so much!!

I had a wonderful experience at Eye care for Montrose! The technicians were very personable and friendly. They walked me through all of the testing with patience as it had been a while since my last testing. I saw Dr. Tejchma who was very professional, kind, and explained everything extremely well to me. I can tell she is very passionate about her work and that she truly cares for her patients. I also met Dr. Daly in passing and she was also very professional and kind. I highly recommend Eye care for Montrose and will be going back for my future eye exams!

Dr. Joanna and her staff are absolutely spectacular to work with! They have always been professional and courteous when I've corresponded with them. The office is always clean and you're greeted with smiles during each appointment! Joanna is extremely knowledgeable, answering all of my questions during my post op exams. I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to see Joanna for your eye care needs!!!

I have been refused a service because I have been 11 minutes late. A woman at the reception insisted that they have a "10 minutes policy". So, I was 60 seconds over the policy limit. First, I insisted on her to show me a written proof of that policy- she refused. Then I asked to talk to the doctor - she refused again (doctor is not deciding anything here). Then I been accused of being rude, So I left. Take it whatever way you want, folks, But I personally wondering how this kind of business, with this kind of policies and attitude, can still be in business...
