Monument Vision Clinic

The doctors are great when you actually get to see them. It is impossible to get service through the front desk. I had to call multiple times over an eye emergency and was told I could be seen the same day and then at the end of the day after calling back was told I would be called back "when they could get to me". I have been punctual for all my appointments and have had to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time each time I arrived. I try to offer grace but I just called to discuss a prescription my pharmacy could not fill that was prescribed by their office and was told they did not prescribe it and someone would call me later. It is Friday afternoon and I am supposed to start this prescription today and have been dealing with this eye issue for over a week. I am beyond frustrated and feel like I am not priority even though I have tried to patient and understanding.

I've been really impressed with the customer service here . Additionally the Dr took extra time with me to make sure the prescription was correct . They offer certain lenses that are totally not available online thru the cheaper websites where you just type in prescription. The lenses from Monument Vision are quality and I'm so confident in my new glasses . Again the customer care was really refreshing - from the Dr , to the reception and the staff in the fitting area too . Thank You !

Impeccable care since before my adult children were even born! All the docs and the staff are fantastic, but Dr MacDonald's "chairside" manner has always been authentic and incredibly friendly. I have zero need to ever go anywhere else!

The doctor was great. The service was decent. Front desk isn't very welcoming and extremely challenging to communicate with. Attempts to call take several tries, but that is the only way they accept payment. Not efficient.

They do such a great job here! Also, I always forget that they put lil chocolates in your glasses gift bag, and every time it's the best surprise!

Exemplary same day care for an eye abrasion!! All the staff were attentive and caring. Dr. Sloan is top notch, and explained in detail the diagnosis and treatment needed. Definitely a top tier vision clinic!
