Not only did my appointment "fall off the books" but no one called to let me know that they were changing their system, nor did they seem apologetic when I called to try and confirm my appointment. This whole thing is beyond unprofessional.

A friend in the medical eye business recommended Great Vision Eye Care. My husband and I both love Dr Thompson and the whole staff. They are all knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Dr Thompson recently told me I had a cataract and need surgery. She told me she wouldn't waste my money giving me an updated prescription for glasses that wouldn't ultimately fix the issue. I appreciate her truthfulness and mindfulness of the cost of new glasses. We are thrilled we found this office.
