Falcon Family Eye Care

Love my lady's at falcon family eye care! I've been going to them for years now and I gotta say I'm digging the new location too. I recommend them to my friends and family because everyone is so welcoming and sweet. Also, their frame selection is on point.

This place is amazing! They even have a cute little corner for kids in the waiting area! It's unlike any optometry office I've ever been to. Amanda knows her STUFF! She and the whole staff is warm and kind and make you feel so taken care of! 100% recommended for kids and adults.

This is THE BEST eye care facility I have ever stepped foot in. End of discussion. From the moment you walk in, the front team is serving professionalism, warmth, and comedy all at once. The three girls at the desk plus the optician? ICONIC. Efficient, caring, funny, and somehow make an eye exam feel like a VIP experience. Leah, the Falcon Family Eye Care technician, had me laughing while doing my back-of-the-eye scans and still managed to be incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. Multitasking queen. I've been here several times and have worked with all three doctors, and let me tell you - not a weak link in sight. The consistency is unmatched. Dr. Barton did my prescription and I was in and out so fast I barely had time to blink (pun intended). Later came back with mild eye pain and Dr. Sneller immediately diagnosed corneal scratches and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. And the warm eye compress??? I don't know who invented that but they deserve generational wealth. I now live by it. Spiritually. Emotionally. Dr. Walls is a full slay, no further explanation needed. Honestly, I think the entire staff deserves a raise because the care is top-tier, the vibes are immaculate, and I've never once left disappointed, confused, or annoyed-- - which is RARE in healthcare. This is a 5-star practice, period. If you don't choose Falcon Family Eye Care, that's a personal choice... but it's the wrong one. P.S. Only recommendation: blinds in the front. Protect the retinas.

Just had my first appointment at the new location. The facility is amazing with much more room for activities. The people are friendly and professional as they always have been. I definitely recommend them for all your eye care needs. My only suggestion would be to put a TV in the lobby.

Wow. Not only did Falcon Family Eye Care nail my prescription the first time (and prevent a lot of literal headaches); they got me into new contacts that are more comfortable than my old brand. Even post trial, when I managed to lose my prescription and started to panic over upcoming travel, Rita saved me from my own undoing. I came in like a hot mess and she set me up with monthly contacts I could use immediately, helped me order 1-Day lens for my hobbies that tend to destroy contacts, and made sure I had what I needed for my trip. I am beyond grateful.

The entire staff is welcoming and friendly. Beautiful new office. Every year when I purchase my glasses I greatly appreciate Cindy being so kind and knowledgeable. She is the best.

I have been a patient at FFEC for the past 5 years. Dr Walls and her staff have always been super nice and helpful. They have recently moved to a new office and It is so beautiful! Thank you for taking such good care of me and my family!

Do not recommend. I have been waiting for 2 weeks to be seen only to be told the appointment doesn't exist. I have record of the phone call made 2 weeks ago and they would not honor the time and see me. I wasted time away from work and drive in from Peyton. In addition to having vision issues and now needing to find a new clinic to be seen. Don't waste your time, I chose not to attempt a future appointment due to the unprofessional behavior.
