Eyecare Specialties Steamboat

I've been seeing a different eye doctor for several years. The last couple years prices sky rocketed and I was told two different things every time I went in. I decided to give Eyecare specialties a try after my brother was seen by them. I called and was able to get an appointment the next week (not two months out when I'm already out of contacts). The front desk staff was lovely, the tech helped hold my baby while my exam was being completed, helped my toddler draw, and was so helpful! The doc I saw was lovely. I felt my exam was very thorough. I have a very high myopia and she made sure that my eyes were checked and double checked unlike I've had done before. Which was nice and surprising! I've had glasses since I was in second grade so seeing eye doctors is not something new to me. I was impressed with the team, the office, and the communication. I will for sure be seeing eye care specialties from now on.

Tony was awesome. He fixed my eyeglasses for no charge. And I needed to have new readers made which I could've bought at Walgreens. But I decided to go to Eye Care Specialties and they did a great job.

We stopped in after kiddos roughhoused with my hubby and messed up his glasses. The optician Tony helped fix them so they were wearable again and he was kind enough to not charge us!

Great experience! Fixed my (very!!) crooked glasses in a flash when the other store had messed up. Sent me on my way in about five minutes and at no charge, either!

Very professional care and service. Highly recommend for anyone, made me feel comfortable and well taken care of !

My glasses broke while I was on vacation. I stopped by right as they opened and asked if there was anything they could do, as I was driving home that day. The doctor couldn't repair the frame, so instead he found a frame that would hold my lenses to get me home. He then refused to accept payment saying, "I just want to make sure you're safe on your way home." Thank you so much!

I stopped in to get my sunglasses worked on and they fixed them quickly and I also saw her out of the corner of my eye taking the time to polish them!! Excellent service and super friendly accommodating staff!! A+++Y=
