Dr. Link is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. He never rushes through an exam and always takes the time to really listen to your concerns. Truly a wonderful doctor. If you're new to wearing contacts, his wife is just as patient and detailed - she makes the whole learning process so much easier. She also has a fantastic selection of reasonably priced & high quality frames and genuinely loves helping you find the perfect pair of glasses. The turnaround time for both glasses and contacts is impressively quick, too. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and clearly knows what they're doing. Highly recommend!

I'm beyond grateful to have found Bethel Eye Care. I've been to many eye doctors since childhood, and my prescription never felt right, It always seemed like a money grab. Every time I went back, my prescription would drastically change and I never felt truly seen. I even tried an eye doctor at Yale, and still, I wasn't satisfied. Dr. Link is the go to expert for prisms. He genuinely listens and gets it right, something I've never experienced before. His wife Becky is also incredibly sweet and helpful, making the whole experience feel personal and cared for. I'm moving out of state soon, but I'll keep coming back to Connecticut just for them. Amazing Doctor! He was really booked up. My appointment was April 23 and that was like 2months out. Needless to say the very next day I got a phone call from them asking me to come in to see him at 9:30am instead of waiting 2 months. I hate anyone messing with my eyes or mouth and I was so comfortable. He was extremely friendly and funny. So glad my aunt told me about him!!!!!!

Dr. Link and staff are caring, friendly and knowledgeable people who are very good at what they do. I've been a patient for well over ten years and highly recommend it. One tip - it can be tough to get a bear-term appointment because they are busy, so book as far ahead as you can.

I was referred to Bethel Eye Care by very close friends of mine. My experience was wonderful. The staff is very friendly and the time and attention I received was exceptional. Mrs. Link was so helpful picking out frames. Can't wait to get them.

I have been a patient of Dr Link's since he worked for an unnamed corporate eye care center many years ago, and followed him to his office in Bethel which is quite out of the way for me. I have a pretty complicated prescription. I am extremely near-sighted (-10!) and now also far-sighted. I am almost no-sighted! Dr Link has been very creative and patient, working with me over the years to get the right eyeglass and contact prescription using various combinations: soft contact lenses, progressive eyeglasses, mono-vision contact lenses with a single powered eyeglass lens for distance/driving, and full power contacts with reading glasses (if you have bad eyes you know what I'm talking about and if not, count yourself lucky!). I have dabbled with other optometrists closer to my house, but always go back to Dr Link because he does an outstanding job and I can't take chances with my eyes.

Dr. Link has a clean office. Friendly staff and a sweet wife who fits and help select the frames. My whole family was seen and we all left completely satisfied. Very professional.
