Refocus Eye Health

I've been going to Dr. Dinowitz for years and he's been nothing short of perfect. A very knowledgeable and outgoing doctor. With that said, I will no longer be buying any glasses from the optical shop located in the same building. With all the glasses and contacts I've purchased there over the years they charged me $5.00 to replace two pads on my glasses when every other company replaces them for free. So, for $5 they lost hundreds I would have spent on my next pair.

I was a patient of Dr. Dinowicz for 20+ years and was satisfied with him an all staff at "Primary eyecare". After office is changed to ReFocus...I see it's about money (credit card on file), unfriendly unprofessional and actually seemed they DO NOT KNOW what they are doing.. miscommunication of scheduling appts, confusion between Jolly Dr. vs Northwester I could go on but I will close this with Goidbye PS I wonder how many more patients you will loose???

As a first timer with Dr D I was very impressed. He is polite and pleasantly direct. A sense of calm was the feeling walking in. The reception process was efficient and professional. My nurse/pa was wonderful and informative while prepping me. The procedure was painless and quick with immediate improvement! Thank you all!

I just waited 1.5hrs in severe discomfort, with something stuck in my eye, only to have them call me back and deny seeing me. Formulating excuses of overbooking... which I knew was BS because I've had 'refocus' take me in the same day numerous other times. Then told me that they're booked well into April. I've had enough 'emergency' eye injuries to know that's not how this works. I always went to the Manchester location, and was always treated great, up until these facilities have changed hands. They didn't want to tell me the actual reason they denied my care, which was because the last visit I had there my bill that was $200-something (when every time prior was $75-80)... in which I paid before I left, only to get another supplement bill in the mail months later. I guess the 300% price increase wasn't quite enough for the new management. Thank you for denying my care though, I was able to get in elsewhere in the next hour, and they're much more reasonable than this place. New management should be ashamed of themselves. Definitely the kind of people that would steal out of a little old lady's purse.

The whole staff Dr Bilunas, Kate and Crystal are great to work with! I hadn't had an eye exam in years and they actually made the whole process enjoyable! I'm so glad I came in. Get your eyes checked out here!

This was my first visit to refocus at the Bloomfield location the office was clean and bright, the staff was friendly and professional they made me feel comfortable. Truth be told, this is the first time in all my years of going to an eye doctor where my exam was that thorough. I would definitely refer refocus to anyone that's looking for excellent service. Thanks again to the staff and my doctor Kevin Dinowitz.

The staff are all very nice and helpful. The initial exams were done and I had my eyes dilated. I was just waiting for so long, almost 2 hours before finally seeing the doctor.

1st time at Bloomfield location and I love it there the office is clean , front office staff are excellent. Everyone there make me and daughter feel comfortable especially the doctor. Amazing service I recommend refocus eye health in Bloomfield ct
