Hi, As I walked through the door to the receptionist desk I felt at ease. The receptionist was very sweet and helpful. Then I met the gentleman who was sitting up next to her and again he was very pleasant. From there on everyone was very pleasant and funny like me. As I was leaving I went up to the receptionist and told her that I usually spray my hair with water to get the frizz out, but after spraying for about a minute I realized that I sprayed my hair with windex. So then I had to get the smell of windex off my hair I went ahead and sprayed it with a ton of hair spray.

Erin, at the front desk was very professional and comforting. As a matter of fact, everyone including the person selling the glasses were very very friendly and courteous. I have doubts in the beginning due to the Credit Card requirements, but was very impressed and glad it turn around the other way. All due to the interaction/communication between my wife, myself and Erin. Still like Dr Swan, but now we found Dr Moore. Thank you.

These people cannot be trusted when it comes to insurance coverage. My in-laws were told that their insurance was accepted. They paid their copays and had the work done. They were *assured* twice by the staff that they were covered.
Then they got billed because the one doctor the saw in the practice of five was not in network. This was NOT their fault. The practice is to blame and, after 3 months, and multiple phone calls, no one in billing management has managed to resolve the issue or even communicate with me. And yes, they have permission to talk with me under HIPAA.
UPDATE: The CEO reached out to apologize and had the billing department cancel the bill.
