Dr Metz was excellent ! A great candor,and better advice .The whole staff inc. Jose were like an oiled machine .Very patient friendly. Great products ,inc. their new line up of Italian designed frames! Wow! Love this place for my eyes,and you should also go here !!

I had a great experience at Harvey & Lewis in Canton, CT. The staff was welcoming and kind. I first had an eye exam, and then Kristen Silvia helped me choose frames. She found a pair of aviator sunglasses for me that I might never have considered, and I bought them!!! She collected sample frames and helped me narrow down choices. She told me to expect the glasses in 7 days, but I was called in 2 days! I'm excited about my new glasses.

Wow. What customer service is supposed to look like in a world seemingly devoid of it these days. My experience at the Canton location was fabulous from start to finish. My exam was really thorough and everything was explained to me carefully. Kristen Silvia is a gem. She helped me pick out frames and took very good care of me. The entire staff was welcoming, helpful and friendly. Kudos to Harvey & Lewis.

The Canton, CT location, and namely Dominic, has been a pleasure to deal with over the past two months. My son went in for a long overdue appointment and the need to update glasses and contact lenses and the optometrist was terrific and extremely knowledgeable. Dominic was so helpful with the frame selection process and assisting with sizing, shape, and size. Today I had to urgently replace a 10 year old broken glasses frame and Dominic went into the back room and came out with a piece that fit exactly, free of charge. Harver & Lewis is a great find, and I would highly recommend this shop and the professional team that work there

First off, I am a repeat customer, so I scheduled an eye exam at the Canton location recently. Dr. Metz was very knowledgeable and courteous. The staff is friendly. Andrea was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. She adjusted my frames to perfection. I could have gone online, but I like the idea of being able to try on frames in person. Customer service is good. I would recommend Harvey & Lewis if you're not planning an online purchase.

I have gotten my glasses at the Canton location for 20 years. I am always so happy with the service and the wide selection of frames. I love this place so much that after moving to Texas 3 years ago, I still went to Harvey & Lewis to get new glasses during a visit to CT in May. Great service, friendly folks, and high quality

Above and Beyond!!! Let me just start with how I got to know them...it's none other than my HUBBY!! He is the one that persuaded me to come to this store! I have other different stores in mind but one day when we were in Canton around June 2022 .. I told my hubby I will try this store since you said they are great!! The first person that I met is Andrea !!! She is not only fabulous and patient but made me feel so at home and it was just a pair of FIT OVER I was looking out for at that time ! She allowed me to take time to try out and helped me to find the best ! Fast forward to this year March 2023; I left my spare eyeglasses at my parents' home which is in Asia . I have high prescription so I feel better if I have my spare with me.. where but Harvey Lewis I went to!!!! Andrea took time to help me to look for a good and nice frame for high prescription. Her famous phrase is .. "I want you to be happy wearing this eyeglasses!!" She made sure that the eye glasses work well for me . May I just add, the whole team in Harvey Lewis Canton is the BEST TEAM!! From Michele who has a very pleasant voice to talk to , MaryJane, Kristen and Ray who are always very friendly and helpful if Andrea is with other customers or not around . They really make you feel at home. At this moment of writing this review.. I am already also the owner of Jim Maui sunglasses and made 1 year supply of contact lens from this awesome store ! Harvey Lewis will be one and only optical store I will go to even though there are a few only 5 minutes away from my house compare to Harvey Lewis which is around 15 minutes away . If you want the best service , best eye wear and good quality lenses ... hop into Harvey Lewis ... you will be like me ... a repeated and happy customer !!

Fantastic experience picking out new glasses at Harvey & Lewis in Canton! Brianna, our optician, was wonderful to work with! She made excellent frame suggestions and we found the perfect new pair easily and quickly and had lots of fun, too. Cannot recommend Brianna and Harvey & Lewis highly enough!
