I had my first visit to Joy Eye care today. It was the most thorough eye exam I have ever had. The entire staff was amazing. Office was clean and organized. Naomi helped me with the contacts I've had for a year but could never get in ..now I can wear them thanks to her! I highly recommend Dr. Johnson at Joy Eyecare!

Dr. Johnson and her staff are truly a JOY. I have been to multiple eye doctors the last few years and was determined to find the right one. So happy to say I found her! From the moment I walked in the office I felt welcomed. She took her time with me, explained everything, and helped me learn more about my vision. I highly recommend you give them a try!

Everyone was extremely friendly! They really know what they're doing. Front desk staff was great. The doctor did a very extensive exam and answered all of my questions. The girl who did the eyeglasses fit and sales listened to me and helped me pick out the perfect frames within my budget. I haven't been to an eye doctor in years. Had my first appointment with Dr Francesca Johnson who recently opened her new practice here in Clinton after being in Branford for 24 years. She is absolutely fantastic. It was the most comprehensive eye exam I've had in 30 years. She is extremely knowledgeable and very personable. She was very patient and answered all my questions. The office is new and very comfortable and her staff is wonderful. I had been looking for a new optometrist for a number of years and thankfully I finally found one.

Dr. Johnson and her team provide outstanding care and service. She explains everything she does and her findings, and she listens carefully and provides thoughtful advice.

I was lucky to find Dr. Johnson at a young age and have been seeing her for years. My father was diagnosed with glaucoma in his early 30s and unfortunately, genetics have always been a concern for me. There is no one that I would trust more than Dr. Johnson to keep me updated and ensure my eye health is at it's very best! Dr. Johnson is an expert at her trade. (Emphasis on expert!) She is incredibly knowledgeable and answers all questions with confidence. Her kindness is unmatched. To her, you are not just a patient -- you are someone she truly cares for! Amazing first time experience here! I came in for my annual eye exam and was impressed with how thorough Dr. Johnson was during it. She took the time to really get to know me during the exam.
