Westchester Eye Care

I had my first appointment with Westchester Eye Care and I could not have been happier with my experience. Every single person I dealt with (and they have a fairly large staff of people helping you compared to other places I have gone) was great to work with. Everything was thoroughly explained, there were zero hidden costs, and everyone was friendly, helpful and supportive. I will definitely be coming here for all of my eye health and eyeglasses needs going forward!

The staff were professional and extremely helpful. I was short on time and they made sure to work with my kids and I to get our needs met and out on time. I am happy we made the switch to this office and so grateful for their staff and doctors.

This is a privately owned practice. So no big corporate group making rules from afar, by people who have MBAs instead of any medical background. Dr. Amdar is thorough and efficient. The staff is to a person friendly, cheerful, and helpful.

I had a bad experience last year and for some reason decided to give this place another chance. But these people DO. NOT. LISTEN. And they don't even try to. They just want to get through your appointment as quickly as they can without addressing your concerns or even trying to discuss options. Also, keep in mind ... I've been to multiple sites where you can purchase glasses online and they offer FULL refunds if you are not happy with them. For any reason. This place does not. Now I am stuck with a pair of $600 glasses that I will be sticking in a drawer. Or maybe just the garbage.

I switched to Westchester Eye in Colchester after having a bad customer service experience at another local eye place and I am THRILLED - they really make me feel like I am a valued customer. Everyone is friendly, courteous and helpful and I'm happy to give them by business for eye exams, prescription sunglasses (progressives), regular glasses (progressives) and contact lenses.

Just another place outsourcing patient services overseas. I've called twice and asked to speak to the office. The message never got to them until a 3rd call. Be weary. A local place now using overseas services allowing your name, DOB, social, and other information to leave the security of their office computer systems, gatekeeping you from talking with them directly. A remote worker is still a remote worker. They are definitely not based in this country and so our information is making it's way outside your four walls without our permission.

I have been going to Westchester Eye Care for 4 years now. The staff have been exceptionally great and attentive to their job. The office has a warm vibe to it and you can tell the staff love their job. I would also like to say that Dr. Bojarski has been fantastic, and I have appreciated her attention to detail and the dedication to her job. I would definitely recommend this local business for your eye care.
