I have been Dr. Jeng's patient for many years and have seen him in East Hartford, West Hartford, and Glastonbury. Dr. Jeng is the best, most knowledgeable ophthalmologist I have found anywhere. His support staff in all of those offices is first rate. Eliza in East Hartford is so helpful with appointments. Justine, a tech in that same office, always makes me smile.

My Husband gets his treatment at the East Hartford Office. The receptionist with the curly hair checking you in is always a sweetheart and always has a smile. The receptionist checking you out is very kind, professional and always works with your schedule to find you a great appointment. The Drs and staff are super friendly and approachable to answer any of our questions or concerns. They take their time explaining everything and we feel heard and not rushed. We love this office. It's super clean, friendly and warm. Highly recommended.

The wait time for getting an appointment is minimal, the staff and doctors are always pleasant and knowledgeable , and always offers good costumer services. I happen to see Dr. Walsh,a young friendly professional who answers your question and goes independent to explain your problems with pictures and easy to understand terminology. The suite is always clean and welcoming, I have been using this practice for close to 5 years. Highly recommend.

I was able to get an appointment quickly. Doctor and all staff were pleasant and competent.
I could hear the doctor take a call from someone who had surgery from what I gathered was a different provider and apparently he was having trouble. The doctor was as kind and patient as could be, she offered samples before writing a script so he would not waste his money if it didn't work, and even coordinated which office would be the most convenient for him to pick it up at.

The whole team at Solinksy's was very professional, caring and super friendly. I met Georgi, the assistant, and she was so friendly and thorough. Then I went on to meet Dr. Janik, let me tell you, she is one heck of great doctor, I love her professionalism and they way she really listens to her patients and goes to extra lengths to make sure that all the patients needs are met.
