I had a great experience. The staff was friendly and professional. They made an appointment for me immediately. Dr Jonathan Stein was amazing. He answered all my questions and explained the whole process to me so I could understand what was to take place. Dr Stein was friendly and very professional, he really knows his stuff. I can see clearly now. Definitely recommend him!

My vision has been deteriorating over the last few years, and my annual eye exam confirmed I had moderate cataracts in both eyes. At 67 I wasn't too surprised but with a lot of active life experience ahead of me, I wanted to have a positive surgical outcome. Dr Stein was recommended and my appointment could not have gone better. His support staff is both friendly and professional. When Dr Stein came into the exam room he continued the thorough exam of my eyes, confirmed the findings, and presented options to meet my life goals. He didn't make me feel rushed to make a decision, he patiently answered my and my wife's questions, and he didn't leave the room until we felt comfortable with next steps. I am optimistic that my surgeries (one eye at a time) will go well with Dr Stein and I will quickly return to current life with a clear view of a happy future.

The staff were all very welcoming. It was a pleasure speaking with them. My wait time was minimal. Dr. Bhatt was very warm and caring. I didn't feel rushed and she was very thorough.

I feel very fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Jonathan Stein and this practice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My questions were answered to my satisfaction. This cataract assessment was much more thorough and informative than the previous one I'd had at another provider's office. The anxiety I had previously felt was put to rest by Dr. Stein's "chair side manner" and I was treated as a person not a checkbox on someone's to do list. To say that I am extremely pleased with the outcome of my visit does not adequately describe how I feel. Getting to the point of having my eyesight taken care of by having the cataract surgery I so desperately need has been a very long(since December 2023) and distressing process. My quality of life has been decreasing, preventing me from doing things that I love to do. It should not be so difficult to find quality, and ethical, medical professionals whose main concern is not their bottom line. This practice is not like that. I now have a surgery date in two weeks, and a second one two weeks after that for the other eye! I was so excited that I felt like I had just won the biggest lottery ever!! When my appointment was over I was floating on a cloud! I still am. I truly believe that everything happens for a reason and who knows what the outcome would have been with the other provider. God was protecting me and I didn't realize it until I received a real cataract assessment at Dr. Stein's office. The assessments were like night and day. I wish I could give them more than five stars because they deserve much much more and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this doctor and this practice to anyone looking for quality eye care services. I called Sunday and left a message that I was experiencing a sudden shower of black spots that was much different than my normal longstanding floaters. Dr. Bhatt called me back promptly and after series of questions - said to come for dilation early Monday morning and gave me warnings and education if my status changes overnight. I have a posterior vitreous detachment- which happens with aging - and I have followups scheduled. I am grateful to have such wonderful care and concern.

Very positive experience at OCC. All of the staff was very courteous. My mom is 94 years old and they were very patient and tolerable. She does take a little bit to get around. They explained everything they were doing to make her comfortable. Also Dr. Bhatt showed the same courtesy. I highly recommend the practice.

I've been seeing eye doctors since I was a kid. Hands down this has been my best experience. Dr. Love is AMAZING (with a name like that how can you not be). She was very detailed, informative, and really impressed me. I also had Dr. Stein do a cataract surgery on my eye and he was awesome to work with. Their staff is super friendly and helpful as well. Again, best experience with an eye doctor ever. Highly recommended.
