I have to shout it out to the front desk Medical Receptionist, Jesamine! Wow, talk about going above and beyond in a time where Customer Service has been moved to the bottom of the list for companies, she met our expectations and more. I care for my 83 yr old mom and had to bring her personally when I am authorized to do everything for her. She activated her team and showed empathy when I told her I had knee replacement and it was icy outside. She called other departments, gave me all the paperwork, updated my mom's authorization form and made sure I left with a printout of my future appointment, Jesamine is what everyone working customer service should be doing. Good Job! Too many times people give negative reviews but as a previous medical receptionist myself, good to see someone happy with their job!

Worst experience. They asked me to call them to possibly change my appointment. I called back numerous times with no one being able to help me; often me hanging up after a long wait. I called back one last time stating if they wanted me to change my time for them to call me back with someone who could help. No one did. Went to my appointment and left after waiting for an hour Will not go back.

Everyone at the office is friendly, kind, and patient. I had my annual eye appt a month ago and came back for contacts fitting today, both experiences were excellent. Morgan is so helpful, she fixed my glasses very quickly and is so nice. I appreciate the customer service a lot.

I was very disappointed with my most recent visit to Solinsky. My family and I have been going for years and since they moved to their new location it's like waiting at the DMV. I ended up waiting with my pupils dilated for almost an hour before my doctor saw me. She also took a person who had come in about 20 minutes after me first. The entire appointment ended up taking 2 hours. I got a new pair of glasses and they told me they would come in after 2 weeks and that they would text me when they arrived. After 3 weeks, I hadn't heard anything so I left a message with them. I got a call back claiming they had texted me days ago that my glasses arrived; I had never gotten that text. They do not respect their patients or their time.

The staff of the West Hartford and Glastonbury office were amazing during my visits.
Dr. Orr, was amazing and handled my treatment with the care of a PC. He save my sight! His professionalism and courteous and friendly personality calm the fears of losing sight.
Marc I observed his attention to details and his excellent customer service as he treated his customers with care. When it was my turn to get my set of glasses I went to the Glastonbury office just to have Marc service my application. He displayed the same excellent service I observed weeks ago.
Thank you all. This company has treated my family members. I would recommend them to anyone who have an emergency or regular check up on their eyes.

I'm extremely happy going here for my eye care! I was greeted with a friendly welcome at check in. I didn't have to wait long in the waiting room for my eye exam to start. The staff are very nice and knowledgeable, communicating to me what I was to expect in the eye exam room.

There are multiple locations for convenience of finding an office close by. There was minimal wait time. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Dr Janek was great! She was thorough, friendly and answered all my questions. It's great to have an eyeglass place right in the office. Mark was very helpful and researched all the options and prices for me. He has a good eye for helping to select the right pair of glasses and even pulled another staff person in to confirm the right choice!
