Overall a good office and provider, but I had some issues on my last visit. Context: Without going into too much detail, I have a lifelong history of fairly severe refractive error but still correctable by glasses and/or contact lenses. My dumb mistake was not bringing my prior prescription with me. However, I had seen Dr Rafalowski about 2.5 years ago and thought he would have my records. Regardless, getting to the refraction was a struggle for various reasons, I could have spoken up more to try to find my records. Overall, Dr Rafalowsky and his staff go the extra distance to help, including weekend hours and forgoing the dreaded eye dilation if possible.

This office is wonderful. Dr. Rafalowsky is great and the office staff are very friendly and so accommodating. I have never had a problem getting an appointment for myself or my son whether it be same day for problems that arise or scheduling our yearly checkups. The fact that they have Saturday hours is a huge plus for anyone who works a full time job. You can't go wrong with this office.

And best of all--- They now take ApplePay!! The office is 4 miles from my home. The office hours are convenient. The equipment is up to date.
