Appointments tend to take a while at this location, even after having an appointment cancelled because of a tech who didn't show up. Be wary of your bill, there may be services or features on your glasses you don't want/need, they sort of gloss over it, so it's best to ask for details. They hard sell upgrades on your glasses as well, so just know what you want

I scheduled an appointment during my lunch break today. In my past experiences at other locations with this provider, I've never waited more than 30 minutes to be seen. Today, after waiting 30 minutes, I approached the front desk to check on the delay. The receptionist--who was very polite--informed me it would be an additional 30 to 45 minutes. Waiting over an hour for a scheduled appointment is unacceptable. It defeats the purpose of making an appointment in the first place I will not be returning to this location. The excessive wait times and lack of scheduling efficiency make it clear that this office does not respect patients' time.

Dr. IADAROLA was wonderful as was Selena who both handled the clinical aspect of my appointment. However the administrative staff were uncomfortable and unfriendly. Particularly the older woman at the front desk who has a terrible attitude and was extremely rude. Too bad since the front of the business is what brings in business and apparently, at this location in particular, drives business away.

I booked an appointment here after being told it was covered by my insurance. After scheduling, I received additional forms requiring me to agree to a $44 fee for retinal imaging, which was described as "recommended" but also listed as required in order to be seen. I was not able to cancel the appointment online, and when I called, I was told they did not actually have availability for the time I booked. Based on my experience, the process felt disorganized and not transparent about costs, so I chose to go elsewhere.

I arrived today after waiting 3 weeks for my prescriptions to come in. I was just getting new lenses popped into my frames. I handed my glasses over and proceeded to wait. 30 minutes go by so i figured i should ask whats going on. The person who was supposed to take care of this had no idea about my glasses. Had to wait another 10 mins to finally get my glasses. Also, I called 3 weeks prior to decline a $156 coating which i paid for which was supposed to be refunded. I had to ask them about this and finally got a receipt for the refund applied today. I get that mistakes happen but nobody apologized or gave a damn that i spent 45 minutes to get new lenses popped in. There were smudge marks on the new lenses as well. Dr. I is a great eye Dr but sadly I will never be back here again.

I had visited this place on 06/02/2025 for an eye appointment and was given a vision prescription for Multi Focal. I went back to them back on 08/19/25 for the prescription as I had misplaced the original. Today morning when I was shopping around for new glass frames at Costco, to my surprise I found that they had locked the authorization and also the printed prescription did not have the doctors signature, so I had to call them requesting them to unlock the authorization and fax over the prescription with doctors signature, They made me wait for a long time, so I called them again after a few minutes and then they agree to fax it but when it finally reached the Costco Eye department, again it was the computer/single vision prescription so I had to call them again asking for the multi-focal prescription and now the lady says sorry and cautions that now it is going to take a little while and after almost 10 minutes and am still waiting so giving me enough time to write this review. The Costco associates are kind of having a laugh as they clearly knew that now I am being harassed by this My Eye Doctor place probably because they are losing their business or for whatever reason. This is so frustrating.

Ever since Dr. I became part of MyEyeDr, service is terrible. Appointment times mean absolutely nothing. What's the point of making an appointment when you end up waiting 90 minutes to see Dr. I after your appointment time? Not only that but it takes forever for glasses to come in and you to be notified to come get them. Sadly as much as I like Dr. I, I believe I'll be looking for a new eye doctor, completely away from MyEyeDr, for the future

I've been a patient with the MyEyedr chain since 2013 and have never had an issue--until visiting this location. I arrived at my 10:00 AM appointment at 9:45 AM, only to find that the office doesn't open until 10:00, despite Google listing 7:00am hours. When I was finally greeted, the receptionist was snarky from the start. She claimed they had tried to confirm my appointment by phone, but I received no calls, and my number is correct in their system. She initially refused to accept my e-card for insurance, even though my provider hasn't issued paper cards since before 2020--and I've never had a problem using it at any other location. She gave me an email address to send it to, then couldn't find the email because she didn't know how to check her junk folder. Instead of resolving the issue, she spent nearly 10 minutes challenging the information, even though I had used the same exact policy the year before and pulled up the email I sent to them. She continued arguing that my vision insurance should be on a separate card--which simply isn't true. After failing to verify my insurance, she finally said I could proceed with the appointment while they "figured it out." By this point, 30 minutes had been wasted. The manager who was listening to everything without attempting to assist the receptionist eventually stepped in and confirmed there was no issue with my insurance. At that point, I let them know I'd be leaving anyway. I asked that they shred the authorization forms I had signed, and they were initially reluctant--attempting to file them instead. This location left a really poor impression and does not reflect the standard of care I've come to expect from this provider.
