It took 8 months to get an appointment and I was waiting to be seen for quite a while. As is standard procedure at most offices, I was seen by several technicians who were knowledgeable and pleasant. When I finally got to Dr LaVoie. She was very thorough and professional. Plenty of time to ask questions and get explanations. Very pleasant experience - I am happy here and will continue to use this office and this doctor

Doc Lavoie is great. But your practice of collecting a copay when our plan has no copay is wrong. I had to call the billing department to get a refund which is an extra step. Also, I checked in on line using the patient portal. The receptionist told me not to bother because their system in the office isn't coordinated with the portal. So please don't send emails instructing me to check in on line.

Dr LaVoie and all staff where amazing unfortunately, my issue is that this office is not Wheelchair friendly. No automated doors and spent to much time changing rooms and transferring from wheelchair to room chair and back
