Dr. Sally is a great eye doctor, and very pleasant. Unfortunately she got a new secretary who is the most miserable person in the world to talk to. Rude, disrespectful and just an unhappy person. She is the reason I left my eye doctor who I've had for over 30 year's.

It was my first visit yesterday. As soon as I walked in, the staff was very friendly. Upon meeting Dr. Sally, I was very comfortable, especially as she explained everything to me. From picking out a new pair of glasses with the awesome assistant, I was very relaxed. As I was getting ready to leave another friendly business manager explained in detail, my insurance information. I just moved into the area and came to Dr Fitzpatrick for my yearly eye exam. The ladies here were friendly and efficient, and I left with better vision than I've had in long time. Dr Fitzpatrick showed me the photos of my eyes and explained everything she was looking at now, and things she'd look for in the future. She explained the variations in my prescriptions, and how we could adjust to fix my current vision issues. She also was up to date with research going on for blue light filters, and which lenses I should find for the most benefit. They even gave me trial lenses to try out my new prescription before having to buy the full boxes.

Dr Fitzpatrick for was a really nice doctor thought her staff could learn some manners I picked up my glasses today they didn't ask if I like them I didn't even get an eyeglass case they just bent the arms told me I need to wear them up more on my nose no good morning do they fit okay I guess being somebody who State Insurance get does get treated like a second-class citizen I will never go back there again
