First visit - I found Dr. Macarenhas thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. I did not feel rushed. She listened and asked many questions. As a result I feel I am in good hands.

Avoid this place at all costs. Middlesex Eye Physicians showed us exactly how little they value patients' time or commitments. My wife rearranged her work schedule and kept our son out of school for an appointment we scheduled well in advance. Then, just 45 minutes before the appointment, they called to say the doctor "does not see kids." This is completely unacceptable. Families don't casually shuffle around work and school -- it takes planning and sacrifice. For a medical practice to cancel on such short notice shows either complete disorganization or total disregard for patients. And here's the kicker: if WE had canceled our appointment with less than an hour's notice, we'd have been charged a fee. Why is there no accountability when the shoe is on the other foot? This is not just unprofessional, it's unethical. Patients deserve reliability and respect from their healthcare providers, not last-minute cancellations that waste time, disrupt schedules, and erode trust. We will never return, and I would strongly caution other families against relying on this practice. If this is how they handle something as simple as scheduling, I shudder to think how they handle actual patient care.

Dr. Everett is thorough and very attentive. She listens closely and explains things in detail. I'm very impressed with her service.

Dr. Jessica Olanyaju is excellent and as a diabetic patient who also has glaucoma she pays very close attention to attention to all my needs. Her assistants are also very knowledgeable and professional.

The entire office staff is very helpful! Dr Macarenis is the best! Full eye exam and she answers all questions after a thorough Exam! Would never consider leaving!
