There is a sign on the door that says only patients in waiting room. There are so many cars here that there aren't enough spaces and I am bringing my elderly Mom. So here I am in my car waiting. This seems like a cash cow business. So if you want to wait, come here. Also, no handicap accessible entrance when most of patients are elderly.

We have addressed some of the issues in the comments. We recently added an addition that includes an operating room, new waiting room and additonal patient parking. Both entrances are handicapped accessible and the staff is also will to help patients that need assistance. We have also hired two -new Optometrists to help with wait times for our patients. The addtion of these doctors has also increased the services that we offer.
We do listen to everyone's concerns and have tried to address these concerns

Always a long wait, doctor does not share much information during visits and has a personality as dry as summer dust. Spouse ended up with terrible dry eye after cataract surgery. Apparently does 15 to 20 eye operations PER DAY when in the hospital. Everyone around here uses him though - no other game in town. Staff are nice but always backed up. Some have claustrophobically small closets.
