I've been coming to this location for more than 10 years. Every visit has been the same. No nonsense easy appointment and a doctor and staff who listen to me and help me see, better. Dr. Shternfeld has been my doctor the entire time and I keep going back because she's great at what she does and treats her patients well.

I first met Dr. Shternfeld last year for the first time when I took my husband to see her. While we were in her office she commented on how low and raspy my voice was. Due to her concern I made an appointment with an Ear, Nose and Throat Specialist and discovered that I had two very large polyps in my throat which resulted in throat surgery to remove the polyps. Thank God they were not cancerous! The results were amazing! Dr. Shternfeld is an exceptional doctor and provides expert medical treatment to her patients. And the most amazing thing at the time I was not even her patient! Both my husband and I are now her patients and we were very lucky to have found her from a referral from our primary physician. This office staff is extremely rude, short on the phone, and really just unpleasant to work with. No quality customer service whatsoever. Appointments always run incredibly late, frequently over one hour, only to be rushed thru the appointment once you get in. Now established with another eye care provider.

2 years ago wife missed an appointment. Been there a number of times since then including emergency visits to remove metal from eyes and paid cash. Missed an appointment due to work they sent a letter telling her to find another Docter. They terminated our family of 5 because of one recently missed appointment. I will never do business here again, and I do not recommend them.

Waited for 40 minutes fir my scheduled appointment to see the doctor, when approached the reception to ask how much longer, she indicated that I will be next to go in , but she did not know when? I left, no plans to return. I'm giving them a star because everyone was wearing a mask.

The doctors and staff here are wonderful! I have been going here for 14 years for vision issues, and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for an optometrist.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! Just under a 90 wait and I arrived for my appointment 5 minutes early.

Office staff extremely rude.. They messed up on the billing and never apologized.. don't recommend...
