I have searched for a new eye care since my long time doctor retired. Total Vision aced everything I have been looking for ... Time frame to get an appointment, no wait time in the office, super friendly and efficient front desk girl, super friendly, efficient and understanding tech and I can't find enough words for the doctor! She not only did the job but visually showed me what was happening and what the options are for treatment.
We need more health care like this!!!!!

I definitely think you need to hire more front desk staff. Hearing your front desk attendant tell a patient over the phone that they are short staffed and can't return calls and that she can't make management hire anyone is fair however she was harsh with the patient. Your waiting room and desk area is wide open! After ending the call the front desk agent then complained loudly about how she wasn't in the mood. Get this woman some assistance and training about being aware of the patient experience starts at the desk. If you aren't starting with supporting the person who is first point of contact then you are failing! Doctor and tech were nice.
