My script is extremely subtle but this review is mainly for the tech who did the pictures of my eyes and the receptionists. The receptionists saw me for over a half hour trying to find the right frames until they finally were like ok, bring them over here and show us what ones you've picked so far. I'm really self conscious about how I look or am perceived and they helped me find a pair that complimented my face. The tech who did the pictures of my eyes was so nice, upbeat, and patient when I didn't understand her instruction :)

Dr Mary shared details about eyes in a warm, kind, love of sharing way in which no other doctor has shared in all my 5 decades of optometrists. She will spend as much time as you need and then after she's done explaining and answering questions she'll not end the appointment until you are asked if there is anything else she can do for you. She's the best in the business because she's invested in eye sight and eye health.

Friendly staff at the reception area, my assistant was great always available for help and questions. The eye doctor was wonderful, she explained a lot of different things to me that I am thankful for. The optometrist was friendly and helpful in picking out some new frames and they will hold my order until payday for my co-pay. Plus the office itself was well layed out and comfortable.

The whole staff was great! Doctor Emma was incredibly kind and did a great job explaining everything to me. The lady who initially brought me in back and got me set up was as sweet as could be, and the gentleman who helped me with my glasses was super friendly and funny! I haven't had an eye exam in 20 years, these folks were the perfect group of professionals to put you at ease if you are at all nervous or concerned about anything going into your appointment. Thank you to all of them! 10/10
