Both Dr Oboh and her clinician Ben are a pleasure to work with. Dr Oboh's bedside manner makes you feel like she has a vested interests in your health and well being. Ben is a thoughtful and gentle clinician that is constantly communicating what and why he's doing when examining me. He quickly realized how sensitive I react to anything to do with my eyes and with gentle reassurance waited for me to relax before proceeding.

Dr Oboh-Weilke is an excellent Optometrist. WOW! She is that great. Very thorough, most knowledgeable and dedicated eye doctor I have dealt with. She provided indepth information during each step of both my eye surgeries. Made me feel very comfortable and was most love by my when they accompanied me for both of my surgeries. I will certainly recommend her to all my family members and friends. "I can see clearly now the rain is gone" has been my song. Dr. Oboh-Weilke is such an amazing ophthalmologist indeed. She knew when I was about to get my cataract surgery that I had never eye surgery before. I was extremely nervous. She looked into my eyes and stated to me that we are going to our "Happy Place". I like immediately calmed down to the point where I trusted her. God blessed me with her kindness, caring, and excellent professionalism in receiving a successful surgery. The staff there is fantastic as well. Overall I had a wonderful experience!

She is also an associate professor at the School of Medicine and is on staff at MedStar Washington Hospital Center. Dr Oboh-Weilke specializes in cataracts, cornea problems, and vision correction procedures. She earned her medical degree from Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and completed further training at top hospitals, including Johns Hopkins.
