The Georgetown front office staff (sales and reception) are very knowledgeable, considerate and helpful. Today I accompanied my wife to the office to ask them to reinsert a lens that fell out of her glasses due to a loose screw. I better clarify that. The loose screw was in the glasses, not my wife. The repair was done at no cost and with a smile. Great service! Where can you find anything like that these days?

Haven't been to the eye doctor in a long time, very long time. I never realized how bad my eyes had gotten until I had an exam. I was greeted pleasantly as I approached the front desk and checked in promptly. I was also seen by the doctor quickly. Everyone explained things in a way that was easy to understand. After my exam, Ashlee showed me some frames and lenses were discussed. She did a phenomenal job. I was very pleased and would recommend them to anyone looking for an eye exam and glasses.

Top notch customer service! Katie helped me get me a appointment by calling me back when a new appointment became available. She's incredibly kind and helpful. They were very busy when I got there but there was very little wait as the office staff is organized and moved thru the line quickly. Angela helped order my glasses and she provided excellent service. In addition I really liked the Doctor. She spent as much time with me as I needed and was very informative.

My experience was amazing, Ashlee and Angela were such great helps and really took their time with helping me find the perfect pair of glasses. Dr. Afua was also a great help and did a great job at explaining my eyes and how the eye anatomy works.

No, absolutely don't from this place. the appointment taking lady (3:20 pm, 01/20/26 spoke with me and I called to confirm my appointment for tomorrow. I set this appointment up in mid October and needed an eye exam and glasses more than ever. Every place in the state had a waiting list until mid 2026, this place was a 2 1/2 month wait and my frames are cracked and lost now. Not only did she snarkingly laugh at me like I was giving her some hard time, but she yelled and slammed the phone on me as hard as she could in the middle of me speaking. She said "why didn't you answer our confirmation calls, our system does confirmation calls and it shows you never picked up." I'm by my phone 24/7 and have advanced screening on it, and always look over my missed calls and call each one back. She lied to me. Made excuses. I told her that while the last week I tried to actually call one more time for a confirmation, the ONLY public phone line fro this place (the number I was on now that NOW worked), the phone number line was immediately dead tone and auto hung upped on. I called all week last week and it always made the same noise and immediate hang up. She told me it's their 24 hour system line doing that, even though I complicity called all day between 10 am and 3 pm. Then when she sighed at me laughed again and said WHATEVER what's your insurance, I said Delaware first (which was okayed) she laughed even HARDER and said "ooooh no, we stop accepting them in 10 days and I can't give you an appointment for over that time at least. At that point I said "how am I so unlucky here that I am not only blamed for not answering my phone that I'm always by and daily cross call for red numbers, not only I'm blamed for the phone line on their end not working, but now I'm also in some cut insurance slip up?" She got unprofessionally angry with me and yelled "YOU KNOW WHAT, *SLAM*". I'm absolutely appalled and will not recommend this nightmare to happen to any of you. The schedule taking woman (sounded like either an older lady or a younger woman with a scraggly voice) needs to either have an HR intervention, or get fired. Many agree on here too. Terrible and exhausting experience. Now I don't know what Im going to do.

Best experience I've had at an eye doctor, Georgetown is prompt and friendly. Scheduling was hard but still easier than every other eye doctor in Delaware and when i arrived early they took me before my scheduled time. Katie helped me with pricing, payment and was very kind! Everyone explained all of the specifics thoroughly and I don't have enough good things to say about the entire team and process as a whole, thank yall!

Normally have a good experience. Partner order orbit 5600 glasses have nothing but trouble the screw kept falling out. Went in and Darian was rude said he must if slept with them and bent them glasses were not bent. The screw is to small. Ordered new glasses and now they are doing the same thing. I believe it's a manufacter defect. But lady was very rude

After waiting nearly 5 months to get an appointment for an eye exam to which I seriously needed. I was told I was late for 10 minutes and that I had to wait if another patient. Cancelled then they would see me or I have to wait until December to get another eye exam. This should have been told to me that if I was late, that I would have to make another appointment or THAT there was a 10 minute grace period to which I missed by 2 Mimutes. This is so disappointing after driving all the way from Millsboro to Georgetown. I will seek other eye doctors that I can get better service with. If this is a policy then it should be told at the time of scheduling. Not when you walk in and be told sorry your late.
