I was worried in advance of this appointment. I was seeing my doctor at a different, seemingly more difficult, location. So, I was concerned about getting there? And about dealing with staff I had not previously known. These worries were unnecessary. The location was very easy to get to, and the staff were warm, friendly and helpful. This was one of my easiest and best executed eye doctor's appointments in a very long time.

Doctors are great. Rest of the staff is great. The only issue is that it's extremely busy all the time, so if you don't get a first thing in the morning appointment, you should plan to spend a couple of hours there. Considering it's owned by private equity, the experience is generally good.

When I sat down with the doctor I was given a straight forward analysis of the test results, and while it wasn't good, I was grateful to be given the hard true facts.
