I stopped by with my mom on a weekday (today actually) to schedule an appointment, and the experience could not have been more pleasant. Esther at the front desk greeted us with such warmth and immediately made us feel welcome. She kindly helped us set up an account and took the time to ensure our appointment was booked smoothly. Esther was absolutely wonderful -- professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. First impressions matter, and she set the tone for what feels like a truly compassionate practice.

THIS REVIEW IS FOR LEILANI SPECIFICALLY!!! I was a walk in right before closing time just needing to reorder my contacts, and I was so lucky to have Leilani working this evening. Even though it was the end of the day, she never once made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing her. She not only placed my order and billed my insurance in literally under five minutes, but she also went above and beyond to help me understand why my contact lenses haven't been lasting as long as they should. Apparently, my contact lens brand makes its own cleaning solution -- and the generic ones I'd been using were actually too harsh and likely breaking my lenses down faster. Leilani, who happens to wear the same brand herself, gave me fantastic recommendations (the exact products she personally uses!) and even wrote everything down for me -- plus extra tips for managing my chronically dry eyes. To be honest, I've had some less-than-great experiences at this Optical Outlets location in the past, but Leilani completely changed my mind. The doctor has always been wonderful, but now, thanks to Leilani's professionalism, knowledge, and kindness, this is officially my go-to spot for anything eye-related. Leilani 100% redeemed Optical Outlets for me. Thank you, Leilani -- you're amazing!

Set an appt for me and my daughter- after calling in person to confirm twice, upon arrival they told me they couldn't see her. THEN I sat and waited forever for MY appt. One doctor. Too many customers. DO NOT RECOMMEND and thats coming from someone whos been coming here for 10 years. Go somewhere else, I sure will be.

just here to say that I've got the best customer service and vision care at this store, especially the young lady zahary. She was so nice and very sweet.

Zahary is a very nice and friendly person she helped me out and was very patient with me and answered all my questions she took her time with me to make sure everything was just the way I wanted it

I've been going here for several years every year for my vision test and to get my glasses. I probably pass 3 other Optical Outlets on the way there, but I choose this one at Citrus Towne Center because of the Optometrist and the staff as I feel I'm treated friendly here. The Optometrist is the best and it's altogether a nicer environment than other like Outlets.

I never thought that after so many years of bringing my vision needs and my sons vision needs to Optical Outlets in the Citrus Park Mall office I would provide such a bad review. For many days I have been trying to get in contact with the office to obtain an update on my sons glasses and somebody is being picking the phone and leaving it in the table. I can hear the people talking in the background. I started recording the calls. Today I called again from a different number just in case somebody there hated my cellphone number and the phone was open so no call can come through. I will be switching my family vision needs to another provider. Last Saturday I was there and a lady that was there told me that she doesnt know why somebody left the phone open and on top of the counter/table. She agreed with me that this was on purpose... not a good way to keep customers happy and keep business.
