Ordered glasses said they would be ready in 10 days, never received a phone call. I called back kept getting the run around. Finally got a response after 45 days that my glasses were sent yo another store. Same issue with my contacts after 2 months they finally came in. Worst service ever.

This is the worse place I ever went. The person was so rude and disrespectful telling me to leave before the close time because she said that she will take time with the person in front of me and she needs to leave by 7pm. I arrived like one hour before the closing time and she took forever with a customer and I was with a 2nd person waiting. She saw me waiting with the other customer and when she got to the person in front of me she was so rude talking to him and then told me around 6:45pm that I need to leave because she won't have time for me. I just went to buy a framed for my glasses and that doesn't take half hour to do that!. I will never go to this Walmart Vision & Glass at Apopka worse place ever. If she doesn't like to work there then she must quit and look for another job where she doesn't have to deal with people.

Deceptive Practice !!! Advertise as accepting VSP insurance both with banners and even if you ask in person. Then once exam services are provided, they tell you they are an Out Of Network provider and require you to pay more than the expected co-pay. They advertise a long list of accepted insurance, leading one to believe they are part of that insurances network. Not the case, apparently transparency and honest business practices are not followed here!!!

The lady claimed the near pd didnt matter when it does. When im looking at something close my vision is getting blurry and seeing two. the arms on the glasses were fine until she chose to as she called it adjusted them! Now the glasses are squeezing on my head hurting me from being too tight. i told her it was too tight. She said all well it will loosen over time. Yeah you mean the bolt will strip the arm causing it to no longer be good to wear. $132. out the window! scammers only for the money will lie just to get you out the door. Stay clear of here!
