One of my pair of Ocean Waves frames got a crack. They replaced them no charge (the lens were fine).
I've been a customer since the 90's, when they had the free lens replacement policy.
It's understandable they can no longer offer this service due to the cost of everything these days. But I have also paid for lens replacement about 4 years ago because I accidentally broke my lenses and they did give me a discount on the replacement.
Ocean Waves is a small local business, I gladly support because they do offer quality products and impeccable customer service!

I LOVE these sunglasses and am so excited to see them back in full force!! I picked up my first pair in 1990 at the Miami Boat Show - best purchase ever. I've worn them ever since but there were some owner ship changes...so I tried other high end brands...these are far and away the best...especially for fishing!, skiing, water sports, snow sports, driving, living!! I am to thankful to the new owners for bringing the company back online with easy purchases!!

Veronica made the experience an absolute pleasure with her professional, knowledgeable,calm, caring attitude! Okay I just wanted to take a second and share my own opinion. I have worn costa for about 17 years now which changed hands to a big box company. I recently won a pair of Ocean Waves at a fishing tournament and wasn't happy with the style. They allowed me to change them in for a different pair of my choosing and was very helpful when it came to picking the glasses for my style of fishing! This is a local company who seems to do great work and offers great customer service. Ocean Waves have definitely found a customer in me!!!!! Oh and if I didn't add the lens quality is way better then on my Costa's!!
