Edward Beiner Eyewear at Aventura Mall

Timing of this review request is accurate; however, there is a delay and I haven't received by glasses yet. I can say, however, that the store is beautiful and the professionalism that i encountered by both Kynthia (on site) and Jorge (when I called for a status of my order) were outstanding. Very knowledgeable, thoughtful and extremely helpful. I expect that once I do receive the new glasses, I will be very pleased - - so I would say that if you are fine to wait a couple of weeks (or more) and are not in a hurry to receive your order, Edward Beiner is an excellent choice. If you prefer on-time order satisfaction or calls by the staff to advise of timing and / or lateness, if my experience so far is any indication, then this would not be the right choice for you. Update: Just picked up the glasses and I can now say that this was worth the wait. The glasses are perfect and fully met my expectations. Very pleased.
