I don't usually post reviews unless I'm impressed. And i must say that I have been pleasantly impressed by the care and attention to detail. At first, I was a bit annoyed that it seemed to be taking a long time to get to me. But then again, this was due to two things. One, the client was being difficult. And two, the staff was extremely patient and took the time to take care of her. They take the time to listen and understand your needs, and then guide you with great care. When I had a problem with my glasses, they took care ot them with a smile. Just remember, if it takes a little longer, it's because they care, and they'll take the time needed to help you too.

The current the stuff of this establishment is disrespectful and rude. Requested my records 3 days ago, and I am getting a runaround. First they gave me a paper to sign and said it will take a couple of days that they don't have the records there. 3 days later no records, and keep getting the "records are not ready yet". I asked for the manager and the manager is always busy, promising to call back, but nobody calls. I asked the manager's name and not getting even that. They keep my call on hold only to come back and tell me the manager is busy and will call me back. *** Update After speaking with the manager, my issue was resolved. I have decided to modify my original rating, because an effort was made to resolve the issue, for which I'd like to thank the manager

Been coming to rosin for 3 yrs now and every time I come the service is spectacular, starting from the front desk. Latisha always greets everyone with a smile and gives great customer service. I definitely recommend Stephanie for your eyewear, she helped me choose the perfect pair and shes very knowlegable with the lenses that the doctor prescribes. If youre looking for a great optical, come to Rosin!

I had a great experience here after bouncing around from 3-4 different optometrists in the area, over the years. Dr Rosin was friendly and efficient and explained my issue and options well. I found the staff to be helpful and pleasant and it was easy to make an appointment. I was seen by the doctor at my appointment time and my contact lenses were ordered and arrived within a reasonable period of time. I would recommend this place for eye exams and prescriptions.

Once again, Dr. Steven Wigdor and his team, especially Ailia and Yaima, did an amazing job! Dr. Steven Wigdor is the best optometrist, very kind, trustworthy, friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. Ailia and Yaima did an outstanding job dealing with my insurance company; they were both extremely diligent and persistent in solving the mistake the insurance company made and at the same time showed empathy and compassion towards me. Truly the best optometrist and staff!

I have been a patient of Dr. Wigdor for about 10 years. He is very knowledgeable and was able to sort out issues I had with my contacts and eye infections. His staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful (Kiera and Carolina). I recently had an issue with my eye and they were able to quickly get me in before I went out of town. I never have to wait long in his office and I think his prices are very reasonable. I also got new lenses for my glasses and they were better than the original manufacturer's lenses.
