My experience was amazing. It was my first time going through the process of getting glasses by myself as a young adult, I was nervous but the staff was so kind, friendly and went above and beyond. The store manager Jerry took my old glasses with my consent and adjusted it then so that my old glasses do not fall of my face, this was completely his own intention and when I came back to pick up my new pair I made sure to give him my thanks for what he had done. Staff is also patient, they are more than happy to answer any questions. I will be visiting in the future!

Dont waste your time at this location for anything involving an examination. There isn't an optometrist on site! No one answers the phone when you call either, which could have saved me the hassle of showing up to a tele-health appointment to get fitted for contacts, how does that even make sense? Anyways that place is all about sales in the store.

I had the pleasure of meeting Roman who helped me with purchase my new frames and lenses. He was super helpful, professional and didn't pressure me in anyway to purchase anything I didn't need or want. He also fixed my existing frames since the screw fell out and I had taped the arm back on. I was thrilled he was able to fixed them for me until my new glasses came in.

My experience with these people was terrible. I typed up a review earlier but lost it (in more ways than one) They lied, cheated me out of $70 and didn't inform me I have macular degenerate. Then they insist on calling me and sending me info, even though I've told them SEVERAL TIMES FOR A WHOLE YEAR to STOP harassing me and that I wouldn't use their service if they paid me. They don't respond to complaints, like the BBB and another organization I reported them to, and they lie and don't return calls. Unprofessional, rude and heartless
