I don't work with the doctors there, but I do order my glasses from them. I've done this multiple times, it always works great! The staff is always nice and helpful, it didn't take more than fifteen minutes to pick and order glasses in my last visit!

Dr. Finger is great. He's very insightful and my appointment with him went splendidly. But everything I've dealt with afterwards with his surrounding team, including phone calls, has been incredibly disappointing. There's no sense in having such a good doctor surrounded by rude, disorganized staff. I've had poor vision since the second grade and I've never dealt with anything like this. Here I was thinking I finally got the perfect optometrist, such a shame I will not be able to go see him again.

Came here out of town and had to get emergency contacts. What sounds like a simple endeavor took hours not on anyone's fault at this facility. In fact the crew here helped me with everything and we cheered when the out of town eye Dr finally sent the correct paperwork. Hope and Andrea are absolute god sends and I am beyond grateful to have had them in my corner!! Special shout out to Mrs.Hope you are a goddess thank u for being so patient with me

The Doctor was awesome but his staff is rude and disrespectful. I will not return because they are just a bunch of "think they are better" rude horrible people. So sad because the Dr is really great.

I've been using Walmart vision center for almost four years now and I've finally decided to leave a review. They are unprofessional and sometimes answer questions rudely(the lady on the phone treated me like I was lying). They never have a doctor in to actually see you.. They rush through as many patients as possible as fast as possible. There service most definitely reflects that. You have to hound them to actual look and see if your contacts are in stock(while getting an attitude and being told you should order them online)Do your research and choose another eye doctor in the area!! I wish I would have much sooner!

Very rude staff one lady didn't help me at all she threw the paper I ask her for at me and left I couldn't buy a frame for my glasses and they are breaking. If you guys don't want to help and great someone with positive energy then DONT get a job that requires you to do that they look miserable.
