Walmart Vision & Glasses

This Wal-Mart Vision Center is amazing! The employees there are all professionals. They are knowledgeable and friendly, explaining all options available. Even though my insurance allows me to go anywhere I choose, stopping in at this location to inquire about lenses gave me the opportunity to experience their professionalism and knowledge. I came back for my yearly exam, purchased my prescription glasses, then purchased a pair of prescription sunglasses. I was then notified by them, via text message, that I could purchase another pair at a discount, so I did just that. The entire time the experience felt personalized and customized to me, almost as if I was a Family member. I feel the employees at the Chipley location deserve to recognized for their exemplary performance. They demonstrate the utmost professionalism, knowledge, friendliness and dedication to the principles that makes Walmart the choice for a fantastic shopping experience. Mr. Sam Walton would be proud of them and proud to call them members of the Walmart Family. Again, these exemplary employees deserve to be recognized as 'Top Tier' employees in their field, setting an example others should strive to emulate.

Second time in three years they messed up my prescription. What was suppose to be 7 days took 9 days. Then they had to send my glasses back because it did not pass their quality inspection, now another 7 day wait. The only plus is that Wal-Mart has the best prices on prescription eyewear, and the staff at the Vision Center are wonderful.

Thank you Walmart Vision. I had broken my glasses and you guys got me a replacement FAST! Thank you I can see!

The staff was amazing.There was a nice selection of glasses at a really good price. My husband shopped there, as well, and got bifocals at a great price compared to a online store. Very happy with my experience. Definitely recommend.

I got glasses I did call + went to store. My complaint my glasses are to heavy a lot pressure at nose. Only option by another pair of glasses.

During this time of Covid, I was the only patient at the time, and the staff was friendly and made me feel welcome (as this was my first visit at this location). Dr. Hilversum was thorough, caring, and knowledgeable; and she explained things about my vision (particularly about contacts) in a way that no one else had done before. Overall, I was happy with my experience, and I will definitely return.

Wasted time taking off work for them to tell me that they don't take my insurance. They said they took all VSP plans when booking the appointment and asked for date of birth and social to confirm my insurance. Your staff needs to do a better job at confirming insurances and what y'all take before you waste people's time and gas.
