Many may wonder why I choose to travel the distance for my son's eye care. The answer is simple--he enjoys this location, and the staff genuinely enjoys seeing him as well. I have great appreciation for the Clewiston office and the dedicated employees who work there. Pediatric ophthalmology options are limited, and I am grateful to have found Dr. Crandall and her exceptional team. For the past few years, I have traveled from Lehigh to Clewiston to ensure my son receives not only high-quality eye care but also outstanding customer service. I will continue making this journey because I value the exceptional care they provide. My son looks forward to his visits and enjoys the warm interactions with the staff, making every appointment feel like a family experience. Hello! I visited the Eye Center of Florida in Clewiston for the second time today. The staff was very friendly, caring, and helpful. This was one of the best experiences I've had during a visit to the doctor. The doctor was very knowledgeable, kind and patient. The doctor, optometrist and the staff were great. Worked with my great granddaughter so she had a very good visit. They found me the best coverage I could get with her insurance. It was a very friendly office.

The eye centers of Florida the Clewiston location won't have to worry about me ever visiting that location ever again. Barney whatever his name is the guy who handles the glasses is so unprofessional went there last Thursday to get my glasses tightened and he should've let the people know how long it was going to take before he can get to them. He never greeted me when I came to the door just asked me was I there to pick up some glasses. Also I had my service dog with me and he told me the dog couldn't be in the building after I explained to him that my dog is a service animal still had to put him back in the car. Does he know how much trouble he can get into for denying a service dog into the building? Best believe I won't be coming back to this location I will take my business elsewhere. If I could give this place a zero rating I would!
