This office by far is the most hideous place I've ever been to. I had my visit at 4pm I had the times wrong I thought it was 430 I walked in at 415 and they turned me away. Very rude and uptight staff, I do personally believe it was because of my darker skin tone. I don't recommend this office to anyone of an african American race

I have been to many different locations, even across the US and I had to say, the energy that I walked into was so welcoming! Everyone is polite and attentive. I had some help choosing frames and Juan, was spot on to my tastes! I usually spend so much time choosing the right shape and frame to my face but wow, Juan was spot on to my tastes! I don't think I have to look any farther for my favorite location...Cooper City has the best experience!
