I've had a terrible experience with this office. My eye procedure, which is extremely important, has been repeatedly postponed. Each time, I'm given a new date, and now they've pushed it all the way to January! The constant delays and lack of urgency are unacceptable.
They show no regard for their patients' needs or time.
