I go to this place to see Dr. Fernandez which is a great profesional. I made an appointment to see him, and waited for 1.5 months to see him. When I am in the Doctor's office; I was told that on Thursdays, Dr Fernandez is in surgery and another Dr will see me. I was very disappointed because the time I waited for the appointment, because no one contacted me to confirm my appointment with him or informed me that the appointment was with another Dr. which I don't want to see. It is disrespectful with patients' time and preferences. I asked to see the manager's office but was not available. I feel very sad because I really like Dr. Fernandez but the costumer service is really bad.
