Exceptional care, Dr Rodriguez was thorough and courteous along with all of the staff. 1st time here and definitely will come back. Great location with plenty of parking at the rear.

The best in Miami we live and Broward county and drive all the way to coral gables to be attended by Dr Rodriguez. She is great always accurate in her prognosis and her staff is great and keep everyone on time with their appointments. 100% recommend them with eyes open or closed.

Amazing service came for a quick repair and they did it for free. Very nice people attending the place. Highly recommend

I visited Dr. Rodriguez looking for a Miami optometrist after recently moving from California. I could not have been more pleased. First, when I made the appointment over the phone for me and my wife, the receptionist was very professional, courteous and answered all my questions, including explaining exactly what my insurance would cover. Upon arriving, I found ample free parking along the side of the building. I was also pleased to find the office reception area bright and cheery, unlike the drab, no windows, overly crowded rooms I have experienced during other medical related appointments in Miami. My wait was short and reasonable. The eye tests were carried out efficiently and Dr. Rodriguez explained the results and answered all our questions concerning our prescriptions, which included contact lens and glasses. My wife was given a set of trial lenses to test the accuracy and comfort of the prescription over two days before the permanent ones were ordered, a nice touch. Her staff was patient while helping us select our glasses. The three staff members that served us during the visit were all not just competent, professional and well trained, but also kind and courteous. Dr. Rodriguez' way of talking to us made us feel valued and welcome. Over the following week, the staff called us each time our glasses and contact lens arrived, which turned out to be three separate occasions. So, I had three other opportunities to experience what it feels like to interact with Dr. Rodriguez' optometrist and optical practice. All experiences were consistently pleasant. For all these reasons, I could not be more satisfied and pleased to recommend this practice to anyone seeking a competent, professional and friendly optometrist and staff (and offering insurance coverage too!), all in the heart of Miami, near Calle Ocho and 37th Avenue. Coincidentally I live almost within walking distance but if I were to move further away, (with the exception of California, an unlikely event) I would gladly drive the necessary distance to Lolys rather than waste my time looking for another optometrist.

As a first time patient at Loly's Optical I have to say that I had an amazing experience with Dr.Isis and her excellent staff. I felt so welcomed and taken care of! The optical is a very clean, organized, and professional atmosphere where Dr. Rodriguez conducts a one-on-one consultation with her patients and definitely does an extraordinary job in listening to her patient's vision needs and prescribing the best solutions to them! I am so happy I chose this optical for my vision needs and definitely recommend everyone to go! Thank you so much Dr Rodriguez it's been a pleasure!

Disappointed. After being a customer myself for years, I recommended Loly's Optical to my wife. She has very little need for glasses, but she spends her days in front of a computer. The doctor's appointment was great, but she has been waiting over 2 weeks and into the third one to get her glasses. There's nothing complicated in her prescription, no bifocals, nothing. After several calls, someone explained very poorly that the glasses broke while installing them on the frame, twice, and that if they are able to install them the next time they try, they should be ready in another week. That's unacceptable. We are not canceling the order simply because of the hassle of having to go again to another place, and doing the thing again. Would not recommend it again. Update: We received a call from Loly's the next day after this post to let us know that the glasses were ready for pick up. The glasses are perfect and the staff was helpful and friendly when we went there to pick them up.

New patient. I am giving 4 stars because I believe there is always room for improvement but today's service was definitely 5 stars. Everyone was extremely polite, courteous and friendly. I showed up without an appointment but they treated me very professional and very quickly nevertheless. Is a good start, I will be back for sure!

What a disaster, very disappointed. I made an appointment and showed up 15 minutes early. I was asked to place my name on the list. After waiting for 20 minutes, I approached one of the attendance. She mentioned that they were running late. After waiting for more that one hours and mentioning one more time that we had an appointment, the attendant mentioned that they were interchanging walk-ins and appointments. I decided to leave, no respect whatsoever. Since we were 4, my math tells me that They lost at least $1000 in revenue... but I guess that Loly does not care.
