TLC Laser Eye Centers

It's been almost a week now since getting my lasik done, and I have been super happy with the overall experience. The staff is extremely kind, sweet, and helpful. They greet you by name, remind you of all appointments with both a phone call and text. They have coffee available in the lounge and the lady at the front desk is more than willing to help in any way including offering to help you make a cup or even give you water. They also try to engage in conversation to make you feel welcomed and comfortable every time. The first appointment was easy. They have advanced technology for testing and tested me several times to ensure accuracy. They even made me watch a video of the procedure of the different treatments available. The pre-op prior to the surgery was also very nice. The eye doctor was also very kind and made me feel comfortable. His background was also impressive and his professionalism and expertise made me feel much better about the procedure.They scheduled all the prescriptions that I would need ahead of time with a pharmacy and the meds were delivered to my door a few days before the surgery. On the day of surgery, there was almost no wait even though many people were scheduled for the procedure on the same day. They prepared me and gave a Valium to help me relax. They sit you in a back area on a recliner to help set the mood before walking in the laser room. They walked you throughout the entire procedure as it was happening. I was still really nervous and they gave me both a little teddy and a hand holder to hold my hand during the procedure (God bless her because the hand holding really helped). They give you a bag to keep all your medicines, eye shields, and tape, which they provide for you. They also gave me some dark glasses that I must wear for at least the next week. The next morning, we had our first follow up appointment, which confirmed that my vision has improved greatly already. 5 days later (today) we have our 2nd follow up. I am beyond happy with my experience so far. I confidently recommend this center for lasik treatment!

Absolutely incredible service! The staff treat you absolutely well and with so much care, and the professionalism of the doctors is exactly what you'd want when it come to an area as sensitive as the eyes! I cannot recommend them enough, and I'm so grateful for choosing TLC Laser Eye Center as the place to go for my LASIK

The clinic is very clean, the staff is very professional and sweet. Specially Jae and Liz. Overall a great experience, and highly recommend. Really enjoy the consistent follow ups during the first week of surgery (acute phase).

My experience was horrible, this was my 3rd time of a consultation of 3 different places to see if I was a candidate for the Lasik, even if I had my appointment, the receptionist said she doesn't have my name on the list, unprofessional treatment, she receptionist pretend to be the doctor, she just give a verbal results of if I'm or not candidate for the surgery , sorry I didn't like, need more customer service. Forgot to mention, she was by herself and any doctor was there.

I had an amazing experience at TLC Laser Eye Center! The process was incredibly fast and the staff does everything they can to keep you comfortable. Jay kept in constant communication and was incredibly efficient. Dr. Aran did a wonderful job as well. Thanks TLC!

I had ana amazing experience with them! I am finally able to see 20/20 in 2020! The staff and the doctors were super nice. My operation was with dr Aran and he was fabulous. I'm so glad I stoped being scared and was able to do the surgery.

They were excellent through the entire process. Very friendly and professional. They worked with me on scheduling my visits and made sure I was OK through the whole post op. My vision has never been better, 20/10! Would definitely recommend.
