Always quick and efficient. Drs are very nice. Staff is always asking if you need help. Only drawback is it takes so long to get your new glasses,maybe 2 weeks. I'm used to 1 hour lenscrafter.

I have been very satisfied with the care given to me. The staff speaks to you the moment you walk through the door, they will answer any questions you may have. From beginning to end they explain every step taken to give you quality eye care. The Dr. will take time to make sure the eyewear you choose, fits your face and gives the vision area needed for you. I highly recommend My Eye Dr, located in Crawfordville Florida.

I am so thankful I went to the my eye doctor. He found something no one else had seen in my eye. He referred me to a specialist and I am on the mend. And the staff is so considerate and helpful. I dealt with Brooklyn, I was looking for lens. They are all so helpful.

Based off the reviews I was a little hesitant about getting my eye exam done here and having a crappy experience somewhere else but let me tell you I'm sure glad I did. The doctor and his assistant were awesome. The doctor asked what I did for work and suggested what kind of glasses I should get. It's freaking amazing how better my eyes feel all day after staring at a computer. Then there is the Brooke and Christian show. Those two helped me so much with picking out glasses and what looked good and what didn't. I'm so thankful for them and they made it lots of fun. Ignore the crappy reviews on this place and go get your eyes checked by an awesome staff and team.

Worst service, mystery prices. I posted a one-star review yesterday but decided to take it down and give them the benefit of the doubt but after my 5 minutes in the office I've changed my mind and I'm posting it in full because the experience in the office is baffling. The fact that they can't give me a price before I walk in to the appointment and much more. Strongly recommend you avoid this place at all costs. These people are just after your paper money. My original review follows. Confirmed an appointment the afternoon before (1/21/2025) at 12:20 the next day (1/22/2025). When I arrived, paper sign on door saying they will be open at 10AM... Not open as you can imagine. Doctors expect a call from you when you can't make it, but expecting a call from them must just be too much it would seem. The weather is fine this morning, by the way. I had to work, I left work to come here. Google Maps lists the offices in Tallahassee as closed but it still lists this one is open right now to this moment (see photograph 4). I can't wait for the phone call (tomorrow? Who knows!) when I get to learn that they don't have any space for me and I get to wait a week even though I desperately need a disappointment. Just because there is some ice on the ground doesn't mean the weather is forbidding to work. Even if that were the case, call your customers. Please see picture 3 for the inclement "weather" that's keeping them closed while the businesses next door and nearby operate just fine.
