Very Disappointed with the overall service. Their goal here is to have you come back every week so they can bill you weekly for each visit. Their pricing is all over the board. Dr Tad prescribed a steroid that only temporarily took care of the problem then it came right back. Went back 3 weeks in a row paying nearly $400 for a minor eye redness/ dryness issue. When we questioned the continuous billing ea week for the same problem the ofc person said that they don't feel were a good fit and we should look for a different optician. REALLY! You're billing me weekly, I'm paying and after I question the continuous weekly billing you tell me we're not a good fit? I highly recommend Englewood residents find a different eye care office. Don't waste your money at this office, they won't fix your issue but rather schedule another appointment to take more of your money.

Tad, Virginia, and the rest of the staff are the best around. I've been coming here for over 13 years now . They have always done right by me and do great work. They truly care about their patients . I highly recommend them to anyone needing compassionate and educated eye care .

Highly recommend Dr Kosanovich! He and his team really goes over and above to make sure everything I needed was handled fast and correctly. I was referred to a specialist by them and the specialist's office was highly complementary of Dr Kosanovich as well! I wish I had found him sooner!

I am currently visiting from Colorado on a surprise visit for my 40th birthday. Because this trip was a surprise, my wife had packed my suitcase, but forgot to pack half of my contact lenses. Englewood Eye Care and Optical saved my trip! They were able to provide me, free of charge, enough contact lenses until I could get home. I really didn't want to spend 3 days on the beach looking through sunscreen smudged glasses, wearing my wife's sunglasses over my regular glasses. With the contact lenses Englewood Eye Care provided, I can relax and enjoy the trip! Thank you guys!

I cannot thank Dr Kosanovich and his staff enough for the way that they helped me and navigated me through what turned out to be a problem requiring 2 surgeries. The recommendations for surgery were A1. The Dr and his staff are so professional and friendly. I thoroughly recommend to anyone seeking eye care or even a simple check up!

Living near city of Sarasota, there are many Eye Doctor's closer to my family, only Doctor's passion for education, knowledge of the eye, coupled with his politeness, able to explain complex terms & words in a layman's language is 5 stars for him. My Father & Mother's sight's have greatly improved, my Father should have been declared legally blind, the Doctor diagnosed him, was able to restore some sight. My Mother's eyes both where real bad, the Doctor was able to fix her eye sight back to 20/20 vision. He followed her process all the way & kept up with her. I have sent clients of mine, over to him, my clients very delighted with Doctor Kasonivich's polite yet direct approach, he's knowledge & passion to cure them, again they are driving great distances just to see him. I strongly recommend this practice Englewood Eye care the best of the best!

Wow! This was the most comprehensive, professional exam that I have ever had. Dr. Tad explained everything and I had several options for my mono vision. The staff was very friendly. Best optometrist office I have ever been to. Highly recommend:)

I was extremely pleased with the service received here. Normally, I just go to Wal-Mart for an exam however decided to get a thorough exam and it was truly worth it. The staff is kind and professional and my new RX is p-e-r-f-e-c-t. I highly recommend!~
