I have been a patient of Amelia Eye Associates since moving to Fernandina Beach seven years ago. Dr. Koss and his entire staff are al very patient oriented..They are always very personable, courteous and extremely professional in their approach in serving the needs of their patients. I strongly recommend this practice if you are in need of quality eye care.

They are very nice & have allthe updated equipment to takebetter care of my eyes

Dr Koss is wonderful but they do not stand behind their eye glass frames if there is a problem. Ive taken mine back numerous times and they keep adjusting them knowing full well the problem and that adjusting is not going to work. I was basically told I would have to eat the cost and wait 2 years for my insurance to pay again. Between my insurance and myself Ive paid them a lot of money the last 6 years, im so disappointed in them.

Extremely Disappointed. We traveled to Amelia Island to help our son relocate to the Jacksonville area. At the time, he did not have a permanent address, so we attempted to make arrangements to have them sent to our address. Initially we were told that he would need to come back to the office to have a fitting. We understood this, so he took time off from work to go over to the office for said fitting. Once he got there, he was told that he didn't have to have fitting and the contacts could be ordered. When asked about the price, we were told that the price would ultimately be $120.00 less because they qualified for a rebate. We received the contacts and the invoice in the mail with no information about the rebate. I called and was told to go to the manufacturer's website and initiate the rebate. Ultimately, it turned out not to be a "Rebate" at all, but rather a "Rewards Points" program and the amount was half of what I was quoted. The staff has been very friendly, however this does not make up for the confusion and lack of accurate information about procedures, whatsoever. Unless there is a problem with the contacts that need to be addressed, we will not be back.

Worst experience EVER! Order glasses according to doctor's prescription for $700.00. Spent 6 weeks trying to get them where I can see. I still cannot see out of the glasses. Dr Koss refuses to issue credit for the glasses that I cannot wear. Tells the customer to adjust to what they want you to wear whether you can see out of them or not. Wearing glasses is not a new process for me since I have been wearing glasses for 30 years. Don't waste your time or money go do a doctor that actually cares about their patient.
