I had such a great experience with Dr. Anisa Patail. From the moment she started the exam, I could tell she is extremely detailed. She measured my eyes multiple times to ensure accuracy and was very careful in checking my eye pressure. What I appreciated the most was how she answered my questions. She explained everything in a simple, clear way without making me feel rushed. She is a doctor you can trust completely because she works with so much honesty and integrity. I'm so happy I found her.

GREAT place, and all the staff are very nice and helpful. They even sent my two pairs of eyeglasses back for a re-do because they didn't meet their high standards - very impressed! A special shout-out to Nitchel who helped me with my fittings and insurance needs; she went above and beyond and was very knowledgeable. I am from NJ, and this is my go-to place in Florida for eyeglasses.

We have been going to this clinic for many years and their level of service has greatly diminished. My husband's appointment was in January and they ordered a trial pair of contacts that he had to return to pick up. After trying them out for a while, he found that they weren't staying in focus so he called and asked for a different trial pair. He was told that someone would call him back....and no call ever came through. He called several times over the course of 5 weeks and each time he is told that someone would call him back. Since no call ever came, he decided to drive to the clinic today to inquire in person. Magically, they had his new trial pair of contacts and he asked how long they had been there since he was never informed. He was told that they had been there since January 29th and that supposedly someone called him but there was no answer. So, first thought was that there is voicemail and no voicemail was left. He checked his call log of incoming calls and there wasn't an incoming call from the clinic. The second thought is that why wouldn't they attempt to call again and why wouldn't they reach out via email? Because of this experience, we will consider changing Eye Doctors. This is a branch of a corporate chain of clinics. It is surprising that they have allowed their service to diminish as we have experienced. It shouldn't be such a hassle to get the proper prescription contact lenses.

Sonia at the front desk was very helpful. She helped me save time by squeezing me the same day to get my contact lens prescription instead of booking another day for the appointment, since I already made multiple appointments at that point. Her efforts are appreciated.

Dr. Lowe did cataract surgery on both eyes for my wife and my right eye. We are very satisfied and happy. He explained every step and answered all my questions very patiently. But I got macular edema which he said is due to diabetes and surgery. I am getting injections from Dr. Lin. During my last visit a technician by name Ms. Jessica M did all the preliminary work before Dr. Lin came for the injection. Jessica is the best tech I have met in a clinic during my 43 years in USA. I wish her all the best in life. We need more staff like her. Ms Sonia in the front desk also is very pleasant and helpful. The front desk is the face of the clinic. Dr. C. Somarajan Ph.D.

I have always enjoyed coming here because the doctor is excellent, but they are more busy than they can handle which means timeliness and service take a backseat. This may Not be a good place for busy professionals to utilize unless you have a day to dedicate to your appointment. Doctors are good, but be advised and may be difficult to be seen on time factored that into your decision. Edited 12/31/25 - operations manager did reach out and apologize for the frustration and sincerely seemed interested in understanding what the bottleneck was and in helping me book a more confident appointment.

HORRIBLE experience! They kept on guessing my formula (send me like 4 different trials), and when i called to do another follow up (after taking the time they recommended to try these contacts) they said "its been too long since my last visit" and that i needed to pay for another exam.. so i paid all that money, just to get 4 trial contacts that didn't work, they couldn't figure out my eyes problem and no final prescription. This place beats the worst place I've ever been before by 110%

Sonia at the front desk was awesome in assisting me with all my eye and insurance questions. She was very patient and caring. Definitely a great experience because of her..
