America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Yesterday I had the best experience walking in to be seen for contacts.The lady at the front desk was inviting and found my insurance. She give me an appointment right then. Delilah gives you convenience that she knows what she is doing. Natalie was very professional. Noel / Catherine were knowledgeable and closed the deal. I will be back and I will be telling others. Side note got a great deal on my contacts.

My family went to get me and my brother glasses, our doctors were great, nice. And the receptionist (I believe she was the receptionist) Katherine, she was great. So cheerful, helpful, and patient with me and my family.

I've been to these guys twice now, both experiences were great! My sales rep Alen @ the Sheridan store in Hollywood was fantastic. Very courteous & explained everything perfectly. Even helped me pick out the right frame for my face. Highly recommend if you need glasses progressives or contacts etc go check them out you'll be very pleased

I had an amazing experience at America's Best, and I truly can't say enough good things about Katherine. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel genuinely cared for and comfortable. She took her time with me, listened to my needs, and made sure I understood every step of the process. Her patience, kindness, and attention to detail really stood out and turned what could've been a routine glasses visit into a great experience. I also want to give a shoutout to Iris and Allen, who were both very helpful and welcoming. They added to the positive atmosphere and made the whole visit feel smoother and more stress-free than it already was. You can tell this team really cares about their customers!

I had such a great experience getting my new glasses! Iris helped me and she was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable from start to finish. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people see better and feel confident. Excellent customer service like this makes all the difference. Highly recommend!

Be sure to come to this America's best you will not regret it Alan went above and beyond and I really appreciate him. Also, the other staff and the doctor is Wonderful will definitely be coming back also, it's in the corner so you would have to go a little bit past Publix and not too far from the GNC

Best experience ever. The staff seem to really enjoy what they do and it shows. The gentleman who helped Noel, was extremely professional and patient with me. I will definitely return. God bless you all!!

I really don't write review, however, I have to for this American best. The staff there was exceptional from the moment you enter the door you are greeted. Everyone make sure you understand everything. I must say Dr.Hernandez and Jeiska was amazing. Dr. Hernandez make sure she explained everything and even ask if I had any questions. Which was amazing because nowadays some doctor don't ask if you have any questions. I would say this place was amazing fast in and out no issues. I will update when I receive my glasses. Update: So my husband and I went and collect our glasses. The treatment was great we were greeted and told to wait, let me tell you the wait was not long at all. Iris came and took care of us making sure our glasses fit just right and making sure we were comfortable with the fit etc. So let me say it again thanks to Dr.Hernandez, Jeiska, iris and the whole Staff at American best Sheridan Hollywood. Thanks again.
