The only thing I can list as a negative is that they called me 3 hours before my appointment to say the system made an error and that time wasn't available, could I come an hour earlier. When I did, they kept me waiting over half an hour. Other than that, no complaints. They were very thorough, friendly, explained everything completely, answered all my questions, and assured me that we WOULD get a good fit for my contacts as there were lots of options available and we would find the best one. Looks like the price for a year's supply will be about a third of what I paid elsewhere last year too.

Dr Chapman was very nice. State of the art equipment. Very impressive.
Purchased eyeglasses and sun glasses,not happy with them. Took them back to return them and was charged a restocking fee of $40 per pair., I was never informed about the charge till I returned them. Plus the eyeglasses insurance we were told it was free, 100 per cent coverage. Got home looked over the paperwork and it was $70-$80 per pair, and not full coverage either. If you don't mind paying over $1000.00 for 2 pair of glasses and being lied to go to them. If you're smart, don't go and save your money.
