I have been a patient of Dr Mulaney for over 10 years, He has provided exceptional care and professionalism throughout my visits.I've had pain free cataract surgery without any side effects, my chronic glaucoma has improved from treatments given by my previous ophthalmologist. Dr Mulaney is a award winning ophthalmologist that has demonstrated thorough knowledge and took the time to explain every aspect of my eye health clearly and patiently. The clinic is well-organized, and the staff is friendly and efficient, making the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. I was there for a standard eye exam. I returned to get cataract surgery and astigmatism corrected as well as a follow up exam after the surgery. All three visits were excellent. There is always some waiting at a doctor visit but it wasn't too long at all. All of the staff people were pleasant and friendly and knew what they were doing. My surgery went well, it was quick and painless. Everyone involved did a great job. And my vision is now excellent. I came to this place because I wasn't happy with my previous eye doctor. This place was a big improvement in all ways. I would recommend.

I was referred to Dr Mulaney from my PCP. I've been suffering with cataracts for about 6 years. Got an appt within a week and 2 weeks later 1st eye is done. Very smooth and painless I can see clear! All staff has been very helpful and friendly with no rush attitudes and very organized making it all stress free. Next eye is being done in 2 weeks. Can't wait. Highly recommend

Dr. Mulaney is very professional and an expert in this field. He did surgery on both my husband's eyes a couple of years ago and so I referred my mother to him when her cataracts got ready to remove. He is very caring and treats our family like VIPs. We would refer anyone looking for a great doctor to this place.

Good morning I went to Dr. Jay's Jay for Dr. Jay Mulaney, MD. Once I enter the office from the start the staff really nice attentive, informative patient with me cause, I was a little scared you know never had this done before & I have little knowledge of eye surgery only what I had on the Internet. Once I passed through all the check up and all that stuff went to the back, was looked at by a few assistance of the doctor. Once I got to him, it was a smooth process. He broke everything down to me detail by detail with no strings attached just told me what was gonna to happen gave me the fact. Of the surgery, they did the surgery to the right eye, and I'm telling you, I can see without that cloud in front of me, is crystal clear now, I have to do my left eye, and I feel that I'm in the best hands. That's why I'm not even thinking about it twice I'm just gonna do it next. I'll be all set thank you Dr. Mulaney. Is been a great experience, I recommend Anybody there. Do your research before you give your eyes to anybody that you have not been recommended to. Dr. Mulaney's as I spoke with other patients, that have done the surgery with doctor Mulaney's he has performed thousands Off eye surgerys, so you cannot be in better hands than his. Dr. Jay Mulaney and his team made my experience as a cataract surgery patient wonderful. I can not thank them enough for their efficiency and patient care. From the receptionist to the surgical team everything ran like a well oiled machine. All my questions and concerns were answered thoroughly. The end result is amazing, I can see clearly now! Dr. Mulaney is rude and unprofessional. 82 year old mother had an allergic reaction to medication called after hours to alert them, Dr M called back and said "stop medication & do not call this number unless it is an emergency!" and hung up on me.. I am a healthcare executive & if my staff treated ANYONE like this they would be let go. WILL not be returning. How you treat patients matters & we will not spend our time nor money with a physician who has such a lack of care for the patients he treats.. sad
