I walked-in to the friendliest and most welcoming staff imaginable who assisted me without hesitation, long wait or manual forms to complete. I have not received service as great as this in quite some time thank you to all of the staff here. I was in serious eye pain and they cleared it right up for a surprisingly low price.

Amazing Service! We have had nothing but friendly and helpful support from everyone at this location ever since we bought my daughter's glasses there about 1.5 years ago. But I had to write this review because of our experience today. My daughter's frames broke a few weeks ago and we purchased a second pair of the same frames and had her lenses transferred, but we were having problems with the new glasses. Becca went so far "above and beyond" to take care of us that I was almost speechless! They have a family of customers for life now and I highly recommend that you check them out! This level of "taking care of our customers" is rare. Thanks, Becca! You and Eye Express rock!

Arrived at 8h20 for my 8h30 appointment. Was first person to go in after they opened the doors at 8h30. Had to wait in waiting room, where I was still waiting at 8h50 for my appointment at 8h30... they told me they were short on techs, but I saw several people walking around and chatting. Very disappointing that they can not keep their appointments that were confirmed, certainly when I was first one at 8h30.

Have been coming here for years and the staff is always very helpful!
