Overall, I had a very good experience, even though it took visiting three different locations to fully understand what to expect as a first-time glasses wearer. I started at the Highlands location, where I had my eye exam. Evelin was incredibly friendly and patient, taking the time to explain all of my options and ensuring I got everything I wanted in my glasses. Unfortunately, my original frame choice ended up being backordered for about a month, which led me to the Harden Blvd location to choose an alternate pair. That turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Phyllis was absolutely wonderful--super sweet, down to earth, and extremely knowledgeable. She anticipated my questions and concerns before I even had to ask. Her one-on-one approach felt authentic and sincere, and her recommendations helped me find frames that fit better and looked much more stylish. Sharing a few jokes with her along the way made the experience enjoyable and comfortable. Honestly, if I had gone with what I originally picked out, I probably would've ended up looking like Mr. Magoo or Bubbles from TPB. Phyllis had no hesitation in guiding me in the right direction, and I'm very grateful for that. Wearing progressive lenses has been a challenge at times, but now I don't know how I ever managed without them. I'm extremely happy with my glasses and truly appreciate the care, honesty, and professionalism from everyone involved.

I am going to start off by saying thank you to the doctor for being so nice and doing my eye exam with such care, Ms. D the girl with the curly hair in the front desk, you were amazing and did everything so nicely on her part. Unfortunately my overall experience aside from the thank yous, I want to express how unprofessional and disappointing this place was, from not listening to me when I spoke up until 3 weeks later (today) that I ended up having to CANCEL my whole order because they wanted to blame me for their mistakes and laziness. They gave me the wrong patient's prescription walking out the door then blame me and said I grabbed the wrong prescription when THEY CAME AND HANDED ME THE PAPER. They did not process my insurance until the last possible second, cause e a miscommunication and improper use of my benefits which lead to again being FORCED to cancel my glasses order. Now I am back at phase one and CAN'T SEE. I will never return nor suggest this place to anyone, unprofessional, lazy and trying to steal money from people. Highly suggest ANY other optical.

Dr. Falkner and his team were amazing. My 4 month old scratched my eye and it was hurting by day three. The highlands office got me in the same day, got me in and out of the office with my baby in 30 mins. But, Dr. Falkner went out of his way to ensure he didn't disturb my baby while he was napping - that to a mom is just amazing. He was so considerate of my baby and I. I would tell anyone I know to go to him for any eye needs because he truly cares. I'm really glad I got him and his team today. I've been a patient for 2-3 years and have gone to the Harden location a few times and everyone is very friendly but the highlands location may just be my favorite now.

I absolutely LOVE this place. Everyone is so pleasant and friendly! Dr. Corkins is so sweet and takes time to explain everything. I've been coming here for about 5 years now and I think they are great. Miguel helped me today to pick out the perfect glasses! He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable! He taught me a few things about progressive lenses. . The girls at the front desk are so friendly! I highly recommend going here!

I Left two voicemails from last Thursday finally got a call back today. Every year when I have my eye exam when I check out I never get asked a simple question if I need to order contacts which leaves me to forget. They don't offer trial lenses either, which my previous eye doctors did at Walmart and previous other companies before I moved to the area. I don't understand why this office doesn't do this. Most people at their annual exams are most likely running low on contacts or are needing them soon! Especially if they get a new prescription, like with glasses. Contacts should be no different. I talked to two women on the phone today and thanked them for calling me after they explained my insurance and before I hang up I didn't get one ounce of kindness...have a good day or anything nice or apologizing because I was just trying to understand this whole situation. I wouldn't have even had to call if they would ask the question if you need to reorder contacts...I was concerned because I've called them and my insurance trying to figure out how much my allowance is. It's explained how many boxes are covered but not the allowance which they explained but it still did not make sense to what my insurance covered box wise to the cost they were telling me. I usually just order the online because they never ask if I need to reorder them at my appointment. While I was on the phone I heard constant shuffling. Just the customer service here is not up to par at all and it's really not hard to be kind and at least try, not be robotic. Please do better, hire better people, or train your employees better.

Very nice office. Excellent service. The new DO, Dr Murry Falkner, is great and very professional. I've trusted this location on CR540-A in Lakeland for many years and I have never been disappointed.

Last time going in there. First was told that I wouldn't be able to get an updated prescription without a dilation even after I explained to them I had a bad reaction last time and did not want to do it. When the doctor came in she said that was incorrect and it would be fine. Then when getting my prescription they would not give me my PD unless I paid them $30 or bought their overpriced glasses. I'm very particular about my glasses and didn't like what they had. Glad that negative review and 5 less patients was worth your $30 charge.

Everyone is so friendly, from the receptionist to the optometrist. Samantha fitted me for my glasses; she was in training and did a great job! I appreciated her honesty on frame types with my face shape. She's a great addition to your team!
